iFlipp: Sport and Diversity

The EU-funded iFlipp – Innovating Football Leadership: Inclusion through Practice and Policy
is a three-year project ‘2020 – 2023’ aimed at assessing recent research in the
representation of women and ethnic minorities (WEM) in leadership positions in football in
order to develop responsive inclusive leadership governance action plan at National and
European levels.
The aim of the project is to increase and further enhance leadership skills of women and
ethnic minorities in football by empowering them and creating and piloting a set of inclusive
professional development training materials which are transferable to other sectors and
sports.
